I love this time of year. I'm not a big fan of the bright and sunny, so dreary, windy and rainy are right up my alley. On top of that, we've got some color out there, which is always good, and it just smells like fall :D. This weekend especially, all the good stuff is on TV. I woke up this morning (afternoon) and caught "the Lost Boys" which is probably one of my favorite movies, and for sure my favorite when it comes to vampire flicks.

Technical note*
I made some slight adjustments to the site, and updated the look of the mainpage a bit, mostly because I noticed at work, and on the laptop that Firefox2 and IE7 seem to have issues with the large image maps I was using for navigation. And it doesn't hurt to make some graphics changes every now and then.

I made some slight code updates to the site, things that have been bugging me since I started to browse around with IE7 and Firefox2.0. Also, both those browsers seemed to chug abit on the mainpage, what with the large images and all, so I streamlined things a bit, and updated the GFX while I was there. It's always good to have a new look.

I spent a bit of time this weekend updating some of the site, both FF2.0 and IE7 were havinga bit of trouble with the size of the images on the mainpage, and the imagemap code, so I broke it down a bit, and updated the overall look at the same time.

Here on the homefront, it was an absolutely nasty saturday. Rain, hail, high wind, it put a serious damper on the roving bands of trick-or-treaters this weekend. I think I saw a grand total of 4 kids, tops at my house. I have a huge bucket of candy leftover, so I'm going to end up taking it into work and letting the cohorts take care of it, cause if I leave it here I'll be on a 4 week sugar buzz.
