Creative explosion, work overload! Weeeeeeeeeeeeee!

Busy, busy, busy this week. I'm actually working a full week over at the store, which is like double the hours I'm used to. Good for my paycheck, probably bad for my sanity ;) . Here on the homefront, I have been in an anti-slump creativly. I've started 3 projects in the last week, and 2 are done already, with no signs of me slowing down :D. Project 1 was a commission piece I'm calling "Atlas" (oooohhhh original name!)

Number 2 was about 4 days of loooong, late nights slaving over the tablet (I.E. I was in the zone, never even bothered to check the clock, when I looked up and saw it was starting to get light, I went to bed lol). "Gundam" is probably one of my favorite pieces so far, as it was one of the most challenging from the design standpoint. Instead of doing a whole figure, and sacrificing some of the details to size, I chose to do roughly a 1/2 bust type shot. I think I ended up watching episodes 3 & 4 of GundamSeed like 15 times (reaserch, ya know!) to make sure everything was looking decent. On a side note, "Gundam" may (still debating) be available as a 23"x35" full color print here in the near future. If I decide to offer some works in print, it will most likely be on a rotating basis, so who knows.
